2.2 Intellectual Property Ownership
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights of Nova Translate or any third party to You. The ownership, title, and related interests of such intellectual property rights shall at all times remain with the legitimate right holders.
3.PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Nova Translate does not warrant that Your use of the Platform and all other related functions of the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, and error-free. Nor does Nova Translate warrant that the transmission and display of the Platform’s services will be free of viruses, worms, or other security vulnerabilities. You understand and agree that Your use of the Platform is a voluntary decision made at Your own risk. You shall be solely liable for any damage to Your property (including damage to computer systems and mobile devices used to access the Platform) or data loss caused by the use of the Platform, or the download or use of relevant materials or content on the Platform.
4.3 Disclaimer of Content-Related Matters
Nova Translate does not warrant the availability, transmission efficiency, performance, pricing, or update timeliness of any documents and other intellectual property content displayed on the Platform. Without limitation, Nova Translate does not warrant that the authors or providers of any documents displayed on the Platform will release subsequent content in a timely manner, that such documents will be continuously provided on the Platform, or that the pricing of relevant documents or services will remain unchanged.
5.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nova Translate shall not be liable for any damages incurred by You due to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. If You are dissatisfied with the Platform or these Terms, the sole and exclusive remedy available to You is to cease using the Platform.
6.CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Nova Translate may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Except in special limited circumstances, if there are material changes to the Terms, Nova Translate will notify You. Your continued use of the Platform’s services after the Terms have been revised shall constitute Your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If You do not agree to any changes to the Terms and are unwilling to be bound by the revised Terms, You shall cancel Your account and/or cease using the Platform’s services.
